Very nice indeed.

And one from me:

Let the Bodies Hit the Floor.

The lead singer of the Group Dave Williams sadly died a few months after this song due to a heart attack, at young age of 30.

oh jamie..... whats up with jayz???
i admit some of his stuff is bit cheesy, but some of it is pure genius !
especially when you consider he doesnt right his tunes, keeps it all in his head.
Are you a green-eyed beyonce fan maybe ?
or is it that you cant stand Rhiana ? (pretty but pointless is how i rate her)

who would you rate as better than jayz ? whats your beef with him ?

To Dark Templar - have you tried torrent sites ? prob best place if it was a free release.
a mate of mine got the game for his ps3 so will ask him if he got any clues and let you know.
he says its a good game to look at but bit too similar to Assassins Creed. not played either myself so taking his word on it.

He is a mainstream media sellout, and supposedly, is part of the free masons so to speak, he is killing the industry with his RnB - Rap n Bullshit, sorry not a fan of him, if i meet him i would ask for his auto etc, but im not a fan, sorry.

As for Beyonce and Rihanna or wateva, not really, dont like either, anyway as for people better than him, Wu Tang, Jedi Mind Tricks, Immortal Technique, Nas etc etc etc.

fair play, not heard much of his recent releases but do like black / white / grey albums he did.
have to agree bout nas tho, a mate recommended him couple months ago so only just gettin into him.

check this vid out - just ignore part with kanye west in, got KRS1, NAS and RAKIM in it, 3 true rap superstars.

I've said it before and I'l say it again, the good times of rap, hip-hop and r&b are over, there are only a few oldschool artists left.

Dke58

Not a fan of snoop anymore either, hes selling out, kinda F-ing me off.

Dark Templar

I agree, rap is dying, because of people like Soulja Boi, Lil Wayne, Jay z and all that lot, theres a few real rappers left.

Wu Tang (8 members of 9 left alive total)

Immortal Technique - Speaks mad truth with killer lines, one of the best Mc's

Jedi Mind Tricks - Again another major contender, all songs are deep and have real meaning like the above groups and mcs i mentioned

Ice Cube - Has kinda started to go a bit towards materalistic recently but still rips it to the beat in a sick style

maybe a few others but apart from that, rap is dying.

Immortal Technique

You never know - Deepest song i know, and seeing as this is a true story aswell, makes it quite a sad song.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pqiqrnZE44

Dance With The Devil - Again very deep and also the song again is a true story, if i remember rightfully this song is "illegial".

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M72zVuBNpEA

Internally Bleeding - And yet again another deep song, and alot of truth in what he spits

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hiB-Whoxec

Cause Of Death - About the goverment and so forth, once it gets going you will see what i mean, and what hes spitting about

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3u3JSEqNtlg

Just giving you a taste of Immortal

Jedi Mind Tricks]

Uncommon Valour - About the blokes father who took part in vietnam and all truth

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7r0KpWMNxnM

Razorblade Salvation - Very deep and quite sad, raps about how he feels like everything goes its worst whens hes around, and wants to giveup, hence the name of the song

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgAR1Dgpg_U

infact just check em yourself its hard to show you myself and i dont do them justice so go to youtube and type their names in and listen to them.

As for Wu Tang, ive pasted enough links in the past that you can look at. :P

My favourite part of Die Hard 4 is....

Geeky sidekick "Whats that?"

Bruce in an exasperated tone "Its Credance!!"

This is the song in question, nice tune.

hello stalkers..
feelin a bit old now, looked thru all my hiphop and its all from between 5 and 20 years ago !!!
bit out of touch it would seem, (best get my pipe and slippers together!)...

did re-discover couple of gems tho, 1st beastie boys albumn - not so much for any talent/skill but more for the nostalgia,
stuck it on, turned it up and was 1985 all over again,
the other almost forgotten cd was cLOUDDEAD from 2001/2 bit different, check it out - its nice and melow.
and last but not least braintax, from UK, good tunes, well put together, some humour, some social comentary, some stories of doin what hes doin.

as for ice cube, reckon he`s better action/comedy actor than rapper, with potential to become pretty decent actor if he gets roles that broaden his character base.

small favour please guys ? need to catch up a few years. who should i be hearing.
will be much appreciated, cheers.

Don't feel old, I know Jamie will disagree with me, but in my opinion Rap died in the early 90's. My rap gods would be the following (in no particular order).

Beastie Boys (everything they have ever done!)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=CjZk73uyPSU

Public Enemy (everything until He Got Game album)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zP2tyZu0lqs

Ice Cube (Everything until Anaconda #-o ,but seriously Amerikka's Most Wanted is great)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=cztHw1QD6_E

De La Soul (Everything)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=IQ6GbOVEQAw

Disposable Heroes Of Hiphoprisy (Only released one album, heard lots of the 2nd at a gig but it was never released... great loss, sounded like an excellent 2nd album)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=O87Q3igXYZY

Goats ("Typical American" is an awesome song)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wv5sR9GDVx4

House of Pain (Don't get hung up on "Jump Around", 1st album was a classic)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=92innUQHUQo

N.W.A (Straight Outta Compton is genius)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=nkPb4s0-QcI

Run DMC (Earlier stuff, forget about the dodgy remixes!)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=LM00xDZOjfs

Tribe Called Quest (Forget about "Can I Kick It", check out teh Midnight Marauders Album)

Infact i partialy agree, but i say rap started to die out rapidly since the 90's as theres only, in my view 5ish groups and indivduals who are still from the 90's who are still making real rap, apart from that i agree rap is or is slowly dying.
