Thanks Michael. I was making 27cpm and nothing more. Was offered 31cpm, quarterly bonuses, a yearly safety bonus and possibly a $2500 sign on bonus. I like the new company already

Ok. Drug screen (urine and hair), check. DOT physical (5th one in a year), check. Email with instructions on where and when to be for my first day of orientation, check! On board with Schnieder National So far this company seems very squared away compared to my previous so I have high hopes of staying a while. They require I get my HAZMAT endorsement withing 90 days and they are ponying up the 80 some dollars so that works. And the safety bonus program is very generous.

Hey everybody! Long time, no see!! I have to say that I'm happy to see StalkerMod still up! How the hell is everybody?

Anywho, I just made an account on calguns cause I'm heading out to SoCal... Figured I'd let you folks know because I recall a few California residents amongst us. Name's the same as here, so it'll be easy to find me.

Though the member count is quite high but a few are actually active here, some have moved on, some are busy with mod projects or life elsewhere ... the rest?, haven't the faintest idea of their existence other than the counter and the occasional first post or five.

Actually, things have been fairly rough until these past few months. Lost an apartment when my landlord robbed me. Lost another apartment when my roommate got deployed to kuwait and I couldn't afford the place on my own. Now I'm renting a basement room from a friend. Bought a Nissan from my sister, which ran for all of... 72 hours? It had electrical problems that I kept chasing after, and I finally just scrapped it a month ago after two years of investing in it and trying to fix it. On the bright side, I converted my AK (AMD-63) to a Form 1 NFA Short Barreled Rifle, been having a blast with that. Cut my Mosin to 24" barrel, rebedded the action, and free floated it. It now shoots Sub-MOA groups with 174grn ammo (and I haven't even bench tested it, yet). Police have finally stopped harassing me for open carry, and I generally get along with them now. Also, I have a girlfriend now. She's the most amazing woman in the world, and we're compatible in practically every way, especially in the ways that count. I totally fell madly in love with her, and she's been the impetus for me moving forward with a lot of projects I've been working on. I also got a job offer with a local importer of Saigas, so within the week I'll know on that. So, chances are, within a month or two, I'll actually be converting Saigas to be US legal for you guys!
