I think the title gives people a good idea, but to be more specific; Anybody whos good with texture editing, scripting, has the patience for ltx file editing or can simply help playtest, let me know!

My idea is to have a dynamic weather system similar to SWO but better intergration. The biggest difference being it will be heavily optimised and won't contain "junk" files (the same files renamed and used. eg; sky_1_cube, sky_1_1_cube. SWO does a lot of that - wastes memory, reduces FPS on lower end systems and theres just generally no point.) as well as having sky textures edited so they don't look "grainy" or low resolution.
Basis idea;
-Similar to SWO but with;
-Better integration
-Much more optimised, exquisitly detailed sky textures far surpassing anything else
-ONE (yes one) weather ltx file which weather patterns will be randomly generated from.
Target filesize: About 65MB (zipped) including 47 different sky textures.
