HA! I have similar issues... When I turn off all unnecessary services, my rig runs it at a 200fps average... but when I turn on just a few services... well... it runs at 90

I can run STALKER at 70fps with most everything on medium with full dynamic lighting and full draw distance (I'm sorry, but I gotta see the whole picture!)
But when those services are running, STALKER farts out at 28ish...
Amazing how much of a difference those little things make...
Anyways, I'll be starting a STALKER server at 8:30 Oklahoma time... its 4:20 now, so I guess you can use that to figure out whatever time differences there are...
I'll call the server Chernobyl Veterans- Old School Unreal
And I'll be logging on here at 7:30 tonight to see if anyone is up for a couple o games!
EDIT: Well, turns out that making a game on Unreal isn't as simple as it used to be... can't figure it out, so I'll just be roaming the games that are already up... Sorry!
