Sorry bal, but in every RTS I have ever played, my talents really shine when micromanaging arty units... which is why I hate Dark Crusade... fucking took the whirlwind artillery tank, and made so you could only build ONE! That is one thing that made me want to kick Relic's ass... fucking putting caps on each specific unit type... they nerfed half of my strategies, the fuckers!

Oh I see. I am normally just charge in or in terms of being Space Marines go in cover and shoot and advance.

But I agree with you. I hate the population cap in general even though its for balance and not to lag the game to anyone. I just want to build a big army and completely dominate someone. Like building a big fleet of Dreadnoughts *imagines a big load going through orks*

Whazzup everyone??? Been a long time since I popped in... been really busy at work for a long time now and no relief in sight! I guess that is a good thing in these times, but it sure wears me out.

What I have been doing in my spare time is modding Fallout3.... and it is a blast to mod! One of these days I might even post the mod, but it seems like every time I get ready to I come up with another idea. Whew! I just put in a mini-quest last night (it gives you a key to Megaton Armory which I totally overhauled) and now I have to do a little supportive dialog for it. Anyhow, I have ALMOST managed to turn FO3 into a real FPS style game... lotsa action, lotsa mutants, lotsa trigger time! Fixed a bunch of buggy stuff too! And managed to fix up some of those worthless doofus perks..... B-)

Anyhow, enough about that... I hope y'all been behaving yourselves and been staying healthy! :-bd

Glad to see that you and the Missus are enjoying the bikes... they are a lot of fun! And SoCal weather is hard to beat for doing some serious biking! In my part of the country we have an expression... if you don't like the weather just wait 5 minutes!!! #-o

Everyone says that here in Arkansas. Hello FatRap, hope your doing well. If you make a pure shooter out of Fallout 3, Id like to try it. I think I removed VATS first
thing, then used Mart's Mutant Mod and downloaded a buttload of Weapons (there are some great ones available).
I still constantly play around with scripting on your Run & Gun Mods. You've created a monster...me! Here's proof...

I don't mean the overall pop-cap. I understand that. Its the pop-cap on each individual unit that bugs me... for example, in dark crusade, you can build only ONE whirlwind artillery tank, or ONE terminator squad on top of having an overall pop-cap... In the original, you could build however much of anything you wanted, as long as it stayed under the pop-cap. You could have an army of terminators... or assault marines! It didn't matter! You could have 10 whirlwind artillery tanks!!!!!! And believe me when I say that I was complimented for my arty management after every game. Kept a nice consistent wall of death just barely in front of my teammate's melee units at ALL times! You think its nasty watching a wall of Chaos Raptors smash into a wall of Space Marines... Just imagine the Raptors landing on marines already broken apart from arty spam!

They also put a limit on Warp Spiders to just ONE squad... In original DoW, I could do some serious damage using them to teleport behind enemy lines, and as soon as their vehicles and units turned around to tear me to shreds, I'd teleport behind them again! Then, when they turn around again, I teleport away entirely only to have Fire Prisms and Wraithlords jump on the crippled army!

...I still cannot believe, to this day, that my strategies (which happen to require alot of skill) ALWAYS end up nerfed. F***ing BF2, Dawn of War, YOU NAME IT! GRRRRRRRRRRR...

Anyways... HEY FATRAP! Good to see you around man!

Everything is going OK... just been really busy at work and using the rest of my spare time doing a mod for FO3. I just posted it today so I am anxious to see how well it will be received! I hope that everyone likes it 'cause I have about 400 hours in it!!!

I will be glad when this winter stuff cycles through and it warms up a bit. This cold weather makes every one of my old injuries ache... a lot worse than normal!!! But I am alive and able to gripe about it so I should be grateful! :-bd

''You stil alive. Thats great.'' have drink. That does sound ike crazy weather. According to our old folklore, there is a weatherman up in the sky, however recently (might just be me) I think that he has left his wife in charge. Can't decide what kinda weather to make and those sudden (mood)shifts, the whole thing.

They need to quit pandering to "any" religious group. Many of those groups do what they do for money (no matter what they call it).
They are nothing special. If they don't like it, they can move to Iran where they may not get all the free items they do in the West.
