And now come sthe crappiest time at work. The temperatures are getting higher and higher. My work clothes are from a rather thick and warm material, so it gets rather hot, also, when there are a lot of people in the church, they breathe up all the air, plus the moisture from their breth makes the place rather humid. All in all quite like hell.

Yeah, temperatures are at record breaking levels in the UK, with 25-27C around Southeast and London particularly. It's hotter than LA and Rome and many other Mediterranean cities! Is this global warming? If it is, I have no complaints

On another note, London -and the whole UK- is burning with heat. For about a week now, temperatures in London in around 27C... we hardly get that temps even in July!! Well, I don't see anyone complaining; certainly not me.

We're getting nearly 32C and we're even further north then you, and One is not enjoying it. It's bloody horrific, One does not understand how you people can live with such heat.

For you it might not be much hailing from Cali but normally our average doesn't go over 30C and that's during the summer, right now it's still technically spring. For One it is especially bad cause One bears the traits of a true northman, for example light skin, One does not tan, One burns.

I hear that mate. As a red-head, I have REALLY pale skin. I go from bright white, to cooked lobster in about 20 minutes... Feel like a cooked lobster when I get burned too, skin gets all dry and cracked. I even get burned in the winter, from the sun reflecting from the snow onto my face. Needless to say, me and sunlight don't get along well... add my insomnia into the mix, and I'm most often found during the night.

I'm a night person too, light sensitivity is not fun. I've managed to get a job working nights, so it's all good.

As for temperature wise, I'm just getting out of summer and into autumn, and we've been dealing with 37-40C nearly all that time. A few months from now, it'll start snowing randomly. The joys of the pacific ocean eh?

Since temperatures have calmed a little, we can actually do all day Parkour training without sunstroke! Which brings me to a question:

Does anyone here Practice Parkour? Just wanting to see just how small the world is.
