I wouldn't like to give interviews, tbh, really. NEWSA.SIMBION.T has gotten quite a good response in my opinion actually, reaching a respectable 4 figure download level. Considering that STALKER is a rather an elect hard-core game, unlike those multi-console+PC-port Run&Gun/Jump/Fly games ( ) I accept this already as a respectable achievement -with great thanks and regards to the wider community, all the original creators, and everybody who has helped with great efforts, and to those who like, play and support the mod.

I think it should work OK through the validation process of STEAM, I guess Bethesda must've done some arrangement for it as this one comes as an official release.

Apparently with each of the four main DLC packs, the maximum level is increased by 5 levels, thus ultimately raising the ceiling to Level 50. Not bad Also new guns are being promised as well. It's good that I haven't bought the DLC packs and waited for the Complete/GOTY edition.

It's not that STEAM requires the validation as much as it takes about a gig of bandwidth. I only get 5 a month so that bites.

So we're lucky here that we (at most cases) get unlimited broadband. But in this New Vegas situation, the new bundle is being released as hard copy, so that all the material, DLCs, too, will be installed to the PC direct from the disk, no download will be needed; well, maybe a small patch in case.
