Too bad, buddy. Too many trucking companies gone bust it seems in a very short period of time. That much-talked-about economic recovery hasn't reached the real people who really eat and sleep. All on paper. Works for keeping international borrowing rates down. Same here in Europe as well. Taking a breathing space for a few weeks might be a good idea; you know, rested minds and body can see and deal with the puzzles around much better. After all, you both deserved some rest anyway; I hope the outcome will be very positive.

Thanks guys. We took an offer of 45cpm and 6k miles a week running from LA to Portland, OR three times. Don't know how long we'll be able to keep that pace up but the $$$$$ will be a great incentive. We start orientation in Phoenix, AZ on Tuesday.

Ended up with Fontana, CA to Denver, CO twice a week and then Fontana to Beaver, UT. Leave Tuesday early AM and home by midnight Saturday! WOOOOOOOT!!!!!

Bloody cats, I have to put up with a few that really piss my dog off too. Their cocky little shits as well deliberately annoying all the nearby dogs, I shot a BB at the feet of one of them once because I was pissed with it keep shitting on the lawn. I haven't seen that cat since then, but the other one still skulks around the front lawn.
