Its Marmite humour.

You'll either piss yourself laughing, or turn it off after 10 minutes.

I pissed myself laughing :thumbright:

Hey, I watched it. It was very funny. They mocked the actors a lot, too. :D

Nightwatch...I bought Clear Sky and it runs pretty good at 1280x960ws.
Be busy for awhile. It's obvious a good tweaked system runs it.
Patch 1.5.05 talked me into it.

:D Yeah, Allo Allo, Dad's Army, Black Adder, they all are hilarious (or were hilarious), particularly the Allo Allo, IMO. And how about "Only Fools and Horses"? But unfortunately they don't do these kinds of stuff anymore, too bad. Most of them was done by BBC, now they still continue to collect Licence fee, nowadays is around £150 (British pounds) in a year, but they don't produce good stuff.
yet, some cooks still go to some exotic places to show us, let's say, how to make a some avacato salad! And some still go to Iceland, LA, etc, to race Ferraries and Lamborghinies (correct spelling?) But, c'mon, if they hadn't, how would we be able to change our Ferraries every month? :D
OK, a bit critism of BBC on the declining comedy in the UK. :)
But, those oldies still remain as of Gold, though. :thumbleft:

Yep, have to agree with you Nightwatch, BBC is not the place for comedy anymore, but I do sometimes chuckle at Top Gear, though I'm not sure that is supposed to be a comedy.

Favourite comedy of recent years, would have to be Spaced, anyone seen it?

I don't normally like US comedy (no offense to you guys, I just "get" English humour) but I do like My Name is Earl, some good moments in that, and of course the side bonus of trailer trash Joy to raise the pulse occasionally...

Wasn't a fan of Seinfeld, but yes Frasier was pretty funny, as was Cheers... I used to love Cliff and the big bloke, can't remember his name... ooh, unintentional pun on the Cheers theme tune.

Yeah, Cheers was funny. Old days. Fraiser continued from his character in Cheers, as you know. I didn't like that Carla woman, though. :D =; :D
Not quite like what I'd like to see, hmm, say, not like Catherine Zeta Jones, for example. :D (not only physically, but also personality-wise, too) She was kicking everyone's balls there. :D brrr.

How about LOST? Are you watching it? Anybody?

Never watched any of Lost, I don't watch too much TV to be honest.

I could sum up my weekly viewing at the moment as follows :-

Match of the Day

Back to Frasier... Daphne always did something for me, perhaps it was the English connection!!
