DARK TEMPLAR...just download the" Starforce driver removal tool" and
you can clean the registry after you play the game. Some people have
had problems with their DVDwrite drive because of Starforce. I only have
a ROM drive (I don't burn DVD's) so no problem here. Some of this DRM
crap knows if you have a DVDread/write drive or also if you have virtual
drive software like Deamon Tools and will screw with that stuff. The bad
part is that some claim that it will damage their DVDdrive.

QUOTE: IMHO the best is the Perseus Mandate.

Kany...yes I did play and enjoy both but noticed less texture quality in
"Perseus Mandate" which was done by Timegate instead of Monolith (the
original developer).

This is a site on Google Groups which lists the known Starforce controlled games:

Fatrap

You may be quite right on this Far Cry 2. It looks amazing, TV quality graphics, but only after we've played it, we can know that if it really has that certain "atmosphere" and "replayability" , or just one-go game.

I've heard that, too. Google is full of complaints about it.

Your previous post edited and the question removed (you would understand why, with common sense) and I don't think anybody knows enough about chemicals here to answer you. You can ask those questions, about chemical properties of anything, in any of the many science forums on Internet, that subject is beyond the scope of this gaming forum. :)

I hear that a very big forest fire going on in California, it's where our rockingmtranch lives. I hope he's alright, I haven't heard from him for some time.
I don't remember if we have any more Californians in this forum.

Agree...I hope Rockingmtranch is far away from the fire.

If your bored...read the thread at GSC-Clear Sky/General/Average Age
of Clear Sky Players. It's funny a little.

DARK TEMPLAR, budy, we're living in difficult times, your question could have led to a misunderstanding; it was for your benefit as well, so that it was edited. :)

About the "Paprika," what is that? :?

Yeah youre prolly right about that.
About ''Paprika'' it's a Japanese anime, quite good actually and quite mindtwisted aswell, I recomend. I'd also recomend ''Ghost In The Shell'', ''Ghost In The Shell 2: Inosence'', ''Princes Mononoke'', ''Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust'', ''The flying Castle'', ''Howls Moving Castle'', ''The Girl Who Leaped Through Time'' and ''Interstella 555''. But I don't really know if any of you would like them.

While we talking about manga/anime. I know quite a few that are good as well. Ghost In The Shell i havent actually watched but planning on to one day. Vampire Hunter D is just a classic film that my brother somehow lost..

And why is ninja scroll not in this list? Its also a very good film :).

Opens door,
looks inside,
sees many dudes passed out on floor with smiles on their faces,
figures it was a good night,
closes door softly,
did not want to disturb anyone,
walks away with a smile of my own.
Thanks for the smile guys!

Parabellum ... this game video came out 2 years ago and I've always
hoped it would be released. But I'm afraid it's been canceled!

It was mostly multiplayer.
