Yup, that's good then. Because i have no intention to allow any game any server rights. If they manage to send adverts through normal open channels, I wouldn't mind adverts. Instead of trying to charge obscene amounts of monies from the players, publishers should go more advert ways to earn money. Good for the customer and for the company. :)

edit: Zone Alarm? that's the top dog :thumbright: but -still- not quite smooth on Vista. particularly these 2009 versions of both Zonealarm and kaspersky (particularly Kaspersky) are really some pain in the *ss. They both use Kaspersky engine, I had set them up so that they should co-exist and not clash, but even -I checked- on single installations, each one is not quite smooth. Kaspersky locks teh windows explorer routinely... bast88d. :) I also have a hardware firewall on the router, outside of PC, now I have a very lively dance between them... requiring reboot 3-4 times a day. :confused5: :)

Nightwatch...now that we are off of daylight savings time, me and FatRap
are 6 hours behind you in time. Makes for large gaps in conversation.

That's sure, we've gone back too, so it's still 5 hours between EST and London. 8 hours to LA. But I have strange sleeping hours habit, I mostly stay awake until 4 ish after midnight, so EST is still 23:00 at that time. Still not a bad window to chat.

But most of the days I need to get up around 7:30, 8:00 and going to bed around 4:00, I can only sleep a bit longer during weekends. Coffee, coffee... more coffee. :D

Rapidshare, such an ironic choice for a name.

Their unique method of verification meant that I would sit screaming at my screen something along the lines of...

"You want me to type in only the letters and numbers with a cat superimposed ontop of them?? Well I effing can't, because you see, there is an effing cat superimposed ontop of them so I cannot effing read them properly. What kind of effing genius came up with that you bunch of effing halfwits."

I just don't get some of this "We're making sure you are not a robot" crap on the internet anymore. Why would any bot or adware generator need to download mods for stalker? Maybe its a sentient program that understands how awesome AMK is. But if that were the case, it would totally see through these "robot filters." And on top of that, you have a time to tell you when you can download stuff. Filefront and all have a line, which is cool with me. But f*ing Rapidshare feels the need to put an automatic 120 second timer on it just so you feel the need to subscribe to their stupid platinum access bull. I don't get it man! Sometimes I wish I could find these website designers and kick em!

Actually it would be more along the lines of assault and battery

And the russian equivilent only has a 20 second timer, and you don't have to deal with the robot filter! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!

Anyways, now that I am done, I am off to eat some peanut butter honey sandwiches.

From my own experince rapidshare is amongst the worst, probably the worst one. They don't allow you upload more than a certain size, it was 100Mb last I checked, and yes it's very annoying they keep you wait in front of the screen counting the timer.

even worse, sometimes it says that I've reached the download limit and and should wait, what, 70 minutes or so ??? "Are you crazy," I shout (with a mixture of vocabulary carefully chosen from the obscene section of the dictionary) "I haven't downloaded anything from you for weeks you morons, slimy gits!!" and so forth... They want you to buy that , what. premium, gold, or whatever, membership...
I don't understand why some people still upload to rapidshare? One thinks that maybe they actually rapidshare members??

Ah yes the game that got EA sued because of the DRM. Average at best

The game is also known to be one of the pirated games ever. I wonder if EA actually learned their lesson from it. Properly not..

Its a very good game i think with the fact you can play against any type of creature just EA have that DRM with it making me not buying it.
