Funny. but it's good really that rockingmtranch is alright from that fire. Even smoke can damage health from that far, 25 miles is not much at all.

EggChen's avatar is from America's Army, isn't it? I think I remember it from there, lol.

What kind of visit to the US that you're applying for? Student or work exchange type of thing? Land of good food and music. :)

PS: what does it mean: "Whats with the new gif-s?"

I bought Hexen, Hexen 2, Hexen: Deathkings of The Citadel and Heretic: Shadow of The Serpent Riders on Steam for $9. If you are looking for other DOS games try here:

http://www.abandonia.com/

Been downloading abandoned software from there for years now. No Hexen here though, they are not abandoned and are still selling on Steam.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I totally stress out when the Santa Ana winds kick up. We live in a tinderbox and one idiot could wipe this entire area out. The only way to completely fireproof ourselves would be to build underground LOL. But, we live here for the weather :mozilla_cool:

Thanks Nightwatch glad to be here. :) So what is everyone playing here now? I for one just completed Call Of Duty: World at War. Turns out it is a lot better than I expected. Very cool, don't see many games on the pacific front. The Russian campaign was a little bit of a rehash of Call of Duty (ie. Stalingrad and the assault on Berlin again) but they were extremely well done. Seems they brought a little Call of Duty Modern Warfare feel to Call of Duty in the WWII era. Over all very well done, loved it. Nazi Zombies kicks @ss by the way. :mozilla_cool:

Good point :)
What does your Governator think?

Darkness62

I haven't played call of Duty yet, glad to hear it's got better. As far as I've heard, Modern Warfare didn't receive good critiques.
I remember you've returned to Canada from Russia? Am I correct?

You were posting some good travel pictures, you can post pictures here as well, a couple of picture threads available, "Where are you from" can be used for touristic visits as well, I'd guess, as long as you were the one who was holding the camera :)
