Kind of a tie-in with the thread ppl can show their puter off in. This thread is for those who want to show off their OCs and benchmarks I'll upload my results a little later, doing lots of HDD intensive things atm.

My current systems are AMD/Asus mobos which restrict VDIMM voltages
and render overclocks down to 0.1 or 0.2 ghz. The best way to go now for headroom is Intel for sure. I OC my video cards but that's it for now.
Next time it will be Intel/Gigabyte!

Nice and easy build...no problems.
I'll let things warm up for a few days and then see what I can do.

Fallout 3 is play b-e-a-uuuuuuuuuuuu-tifully! The CPU is overclocked 20% in the BIOS and the GPU is overclocked with auto-tune in ATI Catalyst. Still learning

Thanks. I installed SP1 last nite. GTA IV would not install without that. Today, I find out. Otherwise, the rig is kicking some serious mutant butt (with nude women doing the kicking)!
Overclocking the RAM is what I need to learn now. I'm not sure I even need to though. Heck, I'm not sure anything needs overclocking but that is in the eye of the beholder.

That site audioave posted for overclocking is awesome (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=242&start=0) but, still not easy to follow. I get confused easily and the first step that throws a monkey wrench in the works stops me cold. I'm trying but scared to ruin something.

Well Ket, I've seen your BIOSes page and the overclock page. Soooooooooooooo much information. Where do I start? I already have the CPU at 3.2 from 2.7 and the GPU goes up pretty good with that auto-tune. Is the RAM keeping up at this point? Fallout3 plays wonderfully.
